Yes we are not helping with Transact problems! Why would we do that? Where is that going to lead to? Nowhere. We cannot help with this problem. It is not within our control. Transact was advised about it over two weeks ago and it is not solved. They do not care about you! Why would we spend our valuable time and intelligence, on a substandard system.
