MT4/MT5 is used by Forex/CFD brokers. The only forex brokers that SC supports are Interactive Brokers and LMAX. But if you used either of them there’d be no reason to include MT4/5 in the loop. However, because both SC and MT4/5 have APIs a programmer could probably: 1. Have SC running in sim mode. 2. When trades are entered on sim they could be written to a file in a few milliseconds. 3. The MT4 program could read that file every few milliseconds to see if any new trades had been taken in SC and actually submit those trades in MT4. Thus, with the help of a programmer you could do this.
