Hi, I updated my software today, and seem to be having an issue with the DOM and am wondering if you can advise how to solve the issue. My Ask size or Bid Size gets stuck. see attached pictures. i restart the software and it works temporarily for about a minute and then one of them gets stuck again. have restarted several times, keeps happening. please advise how to solve this issue. thanks ( i am speaking of the white numbers in the pictures, as i dont have market depth they should be showing me the value at my current bid/ask, as they previously always have. and as you can see in the pictures one gets stuck and only the other one keeps moving updating its value. the stuck one does not update its value, even if price retraces to it) the weird thing is that i have several instances of sierra running. instance number one shows the dom correctly. instance number two gets stuck i reverted the software back to version 2323 and the problem went away, so the problem seems to be confirmed to be caused by the update to the newest available version 2363 Date Time Of Last Edit: 2022-02-28 16:12:55
