We realize what part of the problem is. In Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings, the Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download setting most likely is set to 186 which is the default. This works fine with all other services supported by Sierra Chart. In the case of Interactive Brokers it should be a small number like 15. Recently we made this setting common across all supported services but did not consider how it is going to cause a problem with Interactive Brokers. Nevertheless, we did explain previously in a prior post in this thread that most likely you are getting "pacing violations" from IB and linked you to the relevant help topic which explains how to solve this. Here it is again: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/helpdetails37.html As far as getting two years of data, we do not know how you determined that. In any case it would be because the data already existed for the symbol from another service you were using Sierra Chart with. Or you had increased the Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download.
