You need to use the symbol that is associated with the Trading Service that you are setup to use. Each trading service has its own symbols. For instance, F.US.BP6H22 is a CQG symbol. If your service is set to SC Data - All Services, then the symbol would need to be 6BH22-CME.

Our servers are showing that your Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services, therefore you would need to change your symbols. The easiest way to do this is to select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.

We do not know why you would have any issues with a different symbol due to your charts, unless you have customs studies that are requiring certain symbols. If this is the case, then you would probably need to stay connected to your CQG account.
