I have two problems with the change to the Trade Activity log. 1. DateTime column has always had the transaction date and time, which for Replay and Backtest is critical. Now it is way off to the right where it cannot be viewed along other useful columns like Order Action Source and Internal Order ID. This necessitates copying the log to Excel and manipulating the spreadsheet to see the data together. 2. The Date Range to Display seems to only display the system time, which is useless for backtesting. Why not keep the transaction date/time in the old location and put system DateTime out in right field? This would make things more like they were and not break things in the process. |
