They are the same instrument. The difference in the names is due to how different order routing/trading services setup their own symbols. F.US.EPH22 for example, is a CQG symbol for the S&P 500 e-Mini traded on the CME Exchange. Therefore, if you are using CQG to make your trades, then you need to leave the symbol as F.US.EPH22. If you change it, then you will not be able to trade it. Note that if you change your trading service (change the entry in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service) then you will need to update the symbols in your chartbooks. You can do this by opening the chartbooks and then selecting Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.
