First - the President's Day holiday for the CME Group is a halt at noon (Central US Time) today (Monday February 21, 2022) and then resuming at 17:00 (Central US Time). And there are no issues with the Denali Exchange Data Feed. In both cases everything looks good about your accounts, so there is no reason for you not to be getting the data due to any setup issues. Therefore, we would need to see your Message Logs to see what might be occurring. Please follow these instructions to get us your Message Log: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
