Start Sierra Chart in "Safe Mode" and try to put on the TPO study and see if you get the same error. If you do not get the error, then there must be a 3rd party study that is on a chart that is causing the error and you would need to find that particular study.

If you do still have the error show up, then get us the chartbook that is having this issue and let us know what chart you are having the problem with. Follow these instructions to get us your Chartbook:
