We see the following in your Message Log:
SC Data - All Services | Logon error received from server: Connection limit exceeded. | MaxConnectionsDifferentDevices = 1, NumCurrentConnectionsDifferentDevices = 2

This means that you have Sierra Chart running on another computer somewhere and that other computer is connected to the Denali Data Feed, and you are only setup to receive the data to one system at a time. Therefore, the other computer has the connection and the computer from which your Message Log was sent can not get the data.

You need to disconnect or exit from, the other Sierra Chart software that is running. Or, if you want to have the data to both systems at the same time then you would need to pay for a second exchange fee. Refer to the information here:
