Yes and no. There is not a way to specifically remove the DOM ladder from a chart, but there is the standalone Trading DOM that can be opened by selecting either File >> Open Trading DOM or File >> Open Trading DOM for Chart. This is another Yes and No answer. You can open an ES chart and then set the Trade and Current Quote Symbol to the MES symbol. This will then give you the quote and Bid/Ask data for the MES in that chart.
