1. You absolutely do not have to disconnect. This is 100% irrelevant.

We do not understand what you are trying showing in the screenshot.

2, 3. This is based upon chart configuration, and your system hardware. You need a faster system, and need to put Sierra Chart on a dedicated solid-state drive:
High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often: 30.29 - Solid State Drives / SSD

Also reduce the amount of days of data loaded in the chart:
High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often: 30.1 - Too Much Data to Load or Loaded

4. Refer to
Chart Trading and the Chart DOM: Improving Performance Of Chart / Trade DOM

You need to distribute processing load across multiple instances.

5. The changes in memory use are managed by the operating system and we have no idea why you see that behavior. Sierra Chart is not changing memory like that if you are not closing charts or changing Chart Settings, which would have an impact.

6. Give us the messages that are causing the log to open?

And chart number #4 is loading over 2000 days days of data. Probably this is tick by tick data? You certainly are going to wait quite some time for that to load.
