Ok well that's not a page I've used before as far as I can remember. It does tell me that 'Empress888' was added on 2022/02/09 however I don't see how a specific study is assigned to that user. I've always used https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php and if I go there that account name does not appear. We have 3 studies and the users are assigned them if they log in via one of the 3 web forms - it's always been automatic and I just use an account search to be sure a user has the right files available if they have a problem. |
