RHITMIC DATA ISSUE – NO FULL CHARTS – MESSAGE LOG SENT TO ENGINEERING AS PER YOUR REQUEST. Review: I have an active Service Package 10 -- paid in advance for six months. I have Denali Data. In my Data Trade Service Settings, I have set to RHITMIC, and all other pertinent boxes are correct according to Sierra instructions. My AGREEMENTS - Uniform Subscriber, CME NON-Professional Certification, and a documented Trading Account Number provided, are all done, and status shows as - "ACCEPTED." I am currently charting on lower time frames - but - I do not have full chart data on larger time frames. I strongly suspect when a contract month rollsover that my data will start once again with ONE bar and build from there. YOUR INSTRUCTIONS TO ME – BELOW.
