It means we really do not know. The first thing we need to see are screenshots of the problem where we can actually make out what is occurring. The images provided previously are too busy and have too many lines on them. Additionally, the colors of two of the retracements are different. So we need just one retracement that can be easily read on both charts so we can see the specific issue.
