Due to the CME Group's requirement that you have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees, you will have to connect to one of your live, funded, futures trading accounts. The first thing to do is to check with AMP and find out why your CQG account has been disabled. If you can get that account back, then you can connect to your CQG account by following these instructions: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions If you have an Interactive Brokers account, then you can connect to that in order to validate your non-professional status for the CME Group.
