Hello, My Sierra platform receives today data from Rithmic Trader Pro and my orders go through it as well. It has worked well during the past few weeks. Today, it does not anymore. If I place an order, it cannot be moved nor cancelled. It turns out that it does not reach the Rithmic Trader Pro Platform (where an order could be placed. I verified that it's possible). When trying to cancel, I get the message attached. Could you please help me. Thanks in advance. JM BOULAY |
