Dear Madame or Sir, in the past I got my realtime data from CQG for Eurex and CBOT. Since 16th December I get no more data. Today I booked from you Service Package 12. Did I understand it correct that you invoice the amount therefore directly to my account? What I have to do to get CBOT and EUREX realtime data from Denali Exchange feed? Where can I book to get this both realtime data and how I have to pay it? Can you please explain it to me detailed step by step how I can get the data. Do I have to change any setting on Sierra Chart to see the charts? Many Thanks in advance for your support. Kind Regards |
