You are definitely having connectivity problems. You have multiple of these lines in your log:
CQG WebSocket socket (2) | Connect event error. Windows error code 10060: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

And it is in both trying to connect to CQG and Sierra Chart. So there is something about your network that is giving you issues. As has been stated, most of the time this is a Firewall, but if not, then there is something. Refer to the information we have at the following link:
