You do not have any exchanges activated for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. If you want to have the Real-Time data even when you are not connected to your trading account, then you will need to activate the exchanges on our Denali Exchange Data Feed. You can do this from this page:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges

Once you are getting the data from us, then you will not need to pay for the data from AMP (unless you are using it in another system). In which case, you can tell them to stop the data service for your account.
