You have multiple accounts with us (Sierra Chart) and it looks like you are trying to login to Sierra Chart with an expired account on the system that is not working for you. You need to login to your Sierra Chart account on either system using the same Account Name and Password. Your account name looks like the following: TransAct_User_3g*******44 We do not have access to your password. If you do not remember it, then you would need to reset it at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/PasswordReset.php Keep in mind, if you change your password, you will need to update the password being entered on both systems. One final note - even though you can run Sierra Chart on multiple computers at the same time, this is typically not the case for the data. So if you are trying to connect to TransAct from both computers at the same time, then this may not work. You would need to check with TransAct to be certain.
