User863830, Yes, Stage 5 does have it's own internal Risk Desk for emergencies or other issues. The desk is available by phone or email and is most active for the European and US trading hours. Please note that the Stage 5 Risk Desk doesn't work on the weekends, so it isn't 24/7. If markets start trading over the weekend, then we may revisit that...in the meantime, they are not available over the weekend. I hope that helps.
