We do not see anything wrong when we open your chartbook. Can you change the "Volume Bars Draw Method" to "Filled Volume Bars" and see if you can then see the VbP information in the area that is missing. Also, do you have the option for Global Settings >> Graphics Settings - Global >> Other >> Use OpenGL for Chart Graphics enabled? If you do, then disable it and restart your Sierra Chart. Then set your volume bars back to Hologram and see if you have this issue show up again.
