You can go through the following to see if there is a setting that you have changed that may have impacted this: File Menu: Not Receiving the Full Number of Market Depth Levels But, since you state that this is a change to Rithmic, most likely what you are seeing is just what is being sent by Rithmic, in which case there is nothing that we can do.
