There is no way to do this within the normal workings of Sierra Chart. You could setup a series of studies that would allow you to modify an offset value in a study and then have that update both the Target and the Stop. But it sounds like you want to be able to modify one of the attached orders manually.

The only way to be able to do this would be to build a custom study. Refer to the information starting here:
