Is it possible to build a Renko chart based on historical data? I have attached a screenshot of what I am trying to achieve. In Sierra, it seems when I increase the tick size by too much, the blocks no longer are constructed properly and the chart looks like a normal candlestick chart. I realize this is likely due to the use of intraday tick data, whereas the screenshot builds the chart based on time-based data, price movement, and ATR block size calculation. I find the type of chart in the screenshot very useful for determining significant levels over a long period of time and wonder if there is a different function in Sierra that will allow me to do something similar? |
