Hello,

OK, I've made the move from TransAct to Phillip Capital. I received confirmation today from Cannon Trading/Phillip Capital that I'm now ready to trade. I logged in to the software I have on my desktop from the files from TransAct, but it is not connecting.
Do I need to start from the beginning by downloading the current version? Do I have to uninstall and reinstall/download to start fresh? Not sure how to proceed from here. I have software from an outside vendor I don't want to lose by doing something I'm not sure of.
Please advise how to proceed.
