It is not possible for there to be a problem with this functionality unless the data going back to the start Date-Time does not exist in the chart, or there is out of order timestamps in the chart. The first step, is to simply scroll the chart back and not use this option: Replaying Charts: Use Start Date-Time And start a replay just for that one chart only and make sure everything is working as expected. Do that for other charts, you have an issue with. That is the first step, and then you can go from there, to isolate where the issue is.
