The screenshot in post number 3 shows the option is set to No. It needs to be Yes. This is the Setting: Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings) (Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings)) Also my CL-Nymex chartbook disappeared..
