We do not know why this is occurring. This is only the second time we have heard of this, and we were never able to see the problem ourselves. This meant we were not able to reproduce it and hence be able to figure out why it occurred. We can take a look at your chartbook that has the chart for which you are having an issue. If we can reproduce the problem then we can fix it.
