The trading account showing as "[SIM]" has nothing to do with whether you get real-time data or not. The "[SIM]" just indicates that you are in Simulation Mode. Refer to the following for more information on Simulation mode:
Trade Simulation

We see that you have signed up for the U.S. Equities exchange, so you should be getting real-time data for U.S. Equities.

If you are wanting to trade U.S. Equities, then the only broker we have support for that does this is Interactive Brokers. If you have a trading account at Interactive Brokers that you want to use with Sierra Chart, then you will need to go through the Setup Instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to Interactive Brokers.
