This may be related to a change to CQG data processing that we later undid. Therefore, the first thing is to update to the latest Pre-Release and see if you continue to have the problem. You can update by following these instructions (again, make sure you update to the latest Pre-Release): Software Download: Fast Update You will need to delete any older data that shows this problem and redownload it by following these instructions (you just need to do this once per symbol): Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart Another possibility is that you are using a Daily or higher timeframe in which case you are using historical data, which does not contain Ask/Bid information, therefore the Numbers Bars study will not work properly with this data.
