You need to be aware that when getting data for the CME Group, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account that we can connect to, in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees. Refer to the following for more information:

In addition to not activating any exchanges for the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you also have not connected Sierra Chart to your trading account in order to meet this requirement. You will need to connect to your trading account at least once a month, and then you can set the service back to SC Data - All Services where it will not be connected. Refer to the following:

At Step #3 of the above, you need to connect to your trading account, which most likely will be a connection to CQG since you are using Tradovate. Refer to the instructions at the following link to connect to CQG:
