Dear SC Support Team, I usually use the package 5 with delayed datafeed for practising and I am considering to upgrade to package 11 with real time data. My question is. How is the situation if I buy a 6 months subscription for package 5 and after 2 months usage I would like to upgrade to package 11? Do I need to make a complete new subscription for maybe another 6 months with a full payment for package 11 or will the package 5 payment be considered and cleared with the payment?
