I appreciate all your services, I am a customer of your previous SC Order Routing also, and will use your new Teton service also. However it doesn't cover all the markets IB does, I need both to work. Overall with your Denali data IB has been a great solution for me and access in one combined account, with charting and execution from SC is unparalleled. I am using 2 separate identical stop orders for each scale in, we don't yet know for sure if this is an IB issue, it could be an SC Scale In issue when using multiple stops, or related to SC settings. If so, it's in everyone's best interests to find out for sure and resolve/prevent it, it could also affect Teton/all services. I cannot go to IB, because I trade from SC and the execution and log is all from SC.
