FYI: having the same issue, just started today. SC Ver: 2343 64bit. I get an open order on my SIM account at Startup (when I open a saved chartbook) on my SIM account. If I close the chart book and reopen it, the ghost order does not appear, only on start up and when I initially open a chart book.
