The new NASDAQ feed is not yet available. We just have it working internally. Therefore, the data you are getting is from our existing implementation for the U.S. Equities. The $SPX index is part of the CBOE Indices. In order to get any data for this symbol, you need to pay for it. If you want to get this data, you will need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and enable the CBOE Indices exchange. Refer to the information at the following link (which includes Setup Instructions): Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed For any of these, you do not need a verified trading account.
