The most likely issue is that you are starting the replay before the time where the 1 minute chart has data loaded. How are you starting/running the replay? Are you replaying multiple windows, or just one? How are you defining the start time for the replay? Do you have data in all the charts (particularly the 1 minute chart) going back to where you started the replay?
