A couple more things to check:

- Ensure that your data is set to save at every tick by going to Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Intraday Data Storage Time Unit and ensuring that this is set to 1 Tick.

- Let us know what your Chart Update Interval is set to in Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings >> Chart Update Interval. If this is set to 0 (meaning use the Global Setting for this), then let us know what the value is set to at Global Settings >> General Settings >> Chart Update Interval in Milliseconds.
