You should be having problems with all of your data given the above error. This error is stating that you have another computer running Sierra Chart that is also connected to the data feed and you are only setup to have 1 computer connected at a time. You will need to disconnect (or exit Sierra Chart) on the other computer in order to get the data to the computer you are now using.
