You are not understanding what we are telling you. That Chartbook does not have anything in it. We do not know what happened or why there is nothing in that Chartbook, but there simply is not. Even the size of the file tells us that there is nothing in there (1 Kb). You are not doing anything wrong, or opening it improperly. There just isn't anything in that file.
