You can have the Evening Session separate from the Day Session in the TPO profiles. Refer to the following: Time Price Opportunity (TPO) Profile Charts: New Period at Day Session Start When Using Evening Session (1 Day Period Only) But if you want to see the TPO profile as the full 24 hours and just the Value Area Lines as the RTH, then you would have to use the Study/Price Overlay as you mention.
