We need you to update Sierra Chart to the latest version. The issue is what is described here:
High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often: 30.40 - Dialog Windows Do Not Display

Update instructions:
Software Download: Fast Update

We have updated that interface to be a completely new one that does not use a Microsoft dialog.


Tell us if updating resolve the problem. And also select Window >> Reset Windows after updating to be sure it is not offscreen.
