We do not know specifically what the problem is, but it sounds like you have one of the Account Names or Passwords incorrectly entered on the Data/Trade Service Settings for Rithmic. We do recommend using our Denali Exchange Data Feed instead of the Rithmic data, in which case you would need to go through the setup as defined in the link you reference in order to have an account that will meet the CME Group requirements for the non-professional exchagne fees (the prop firms do not count towards this requirement).
