You are not setup to get the Denali data for the CME Group or EUREX. Those exchanges did not renew on January 1, 2022 due to insufficient funds in your account at that time. To renew these exchanges, select the following link and then select the buttons for Reactivate Exchange for each of the exchanges you want to reactivate: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=RecurringServices#RecentlyDeactivatedRecurringServices After you are getting the data from Denali again, then go back to your charts and select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download and delete all the data in order to ensure that everything in the chart is from the Denali feed.
