You can determine the IPs from these: "futurestrading2.sierracharts.com" "futurestrading1.sierracharts.com" "futurestrading7.sierracharts.com" And in any case, to base a decision on ping times makes no sense. The location is colocated with the exchange. CQG does not co-locate with the exchange. Perhaps you would get a longer ping time, if you could determine it. But that does not mean anything because if the exchange is further away than where CQG servers are located, then of course the ping time would be longer but this is meaningless. More importantly though, none of these IPs will respond to a ping. The network we use does not respond to pings. This is no different than TT, they do not respond to pings either.
