We are not fully understanding the particular issue you are trying to explain. The one thing we want to point in relation to your question, is that when a bar closes and the "Color Bar" was true at that time, then the bar is going to remain "painted" and will not change. It could be set to change, depending on the "Number of Bars to Calculate" and if there is a full recalculation of the chart.
