You are experiencing a network connectivity issue or some issue on the CQG side with connectivity (Which would not be unusual in the case of CQG). We cannot control this. As an experiment, follow the instructions below and see if you have any connectivity issues. If not, this is a CQG issue. Let us know if you get connected following the below instructions.
