No worries :-) Wine supports the Win32 API pretty well, so if Sierra sticks to it which it seems they do, it will be good for us Linux users. Wine supports the API needed to enumerate the UI as I suggested. Sierra devs are obviously aware that people are using SC through Wine so I doubt they would deliberately want to handicap it which is why I made that thread to begin with, to find out if there were any known technical plans that would derail it.
