The first thing we would like for you to do is to enable the following setting - Global Settings >> General Settings >> General 2 >> Save Message Log to File. This will save your message log and it might give us some information on why the system is crashing. Refer to the following information:
General Settings Window: Save Message Log to File (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Log >> Log)

Then, we want you to start Sierra Chart in Safe Mode. Refer to the following for how to do this:

If you do not have an issue in this case, then you would need to look into the 3rd party studies that you have on your charts. You would want to restart without Safe Mode and then remove the 3rd party studies until you find the culprit and then contact the developer to let them know you are having an issue.

If you do have the same problem while in Safe Mode, then attach the Message Log that was saved. It will be located in the Logs folder which is under the main Sierra Chart installation folder (typically C:\SierraChart). Look for the most recent Message Log file.
